Renovation Log
The Capitol Hill Suites is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar, head-to-toe renovation. Upgrades include all guest suites, the lobby, meeting room, breakfast area and the addition of a first class fitness facility, a market pantry and an upgraded business library. While not all areas will be under renovation at the same time, please be aware that some inconveniences will exist during the daytime. We have taken many steps to ensure the impact on our guest is as minimal as possible.

Work on the lobby is almost finished now. We have a few more little details to add but for the most part when you arrive you’ll feel warm and welcome with the new decor.

We have begun work on our main lobby and the new wood paneling looks gorgeous. We are looking forward to getting our new business center and pantry in place shortly. If you are arriving within the next week or two, you might experience some dust in the main lobby but the sleeping rooms are finished and are lovely. You’ll also find smiling faces as we are happy to have you come stay with us during this exciting phase of “Restoring Order on Capitol Hill”.
