Capitol Hill Suites combines stunning sophistication with contemporary elegance. We feature 152 newly remodeled suites in two adjacent buildings located in the heart of Washington DC’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. All Capitol Hill Suite’s guests are invited to enjoy a host of luxury amenities, all designed with comfort and convenience in mind.
To start your morning
Each morning, guests are invited to enjoy our complimentary continental breakfast. Start your day with a healthy deluxe continental breakfast hosted each morning by our staff. You will enjoy our selection of hot and cold cereals, fruits, boiled eggs, assorted fresh breads such as bagels, Danish and muffins, assorted juices, flavored coffees and teas. If you don't want to join us in the breakfast area, please note that all of our guest suites have a fully functional kitchenette.
To stay connected
In addition to both wireless and wired Internet access in each guest suite, Capitol Hill Suites offers complimentary WIFI access in both lobbies and in our breakfast area. A business center is also available, in the event our guests need access to printers and computers.
To your health
For your health and comfort, Capitol Hill Suites is 100% smoke-free. We’ve also added an on-site fitness room which offers a variety of free weights and cardio equipment such as treadmills and cycles. The fitness room is comfortably furnished with a flat screen television as well as independent televisions on several of the machines, towels and chilled water. Guests of the hotel will enjoy the convenience of room key access 7 days per week.

Capitol Hill Suites is located in the heart of one of Washington’s most historic residential neighborhoods. Our central location means you are never far from all the excitement that makes the nation’s capital so wonderful. The Capitol South Metro Station is just one block away (Orange and Blue lines). Union Station is just six blocks away and offers a multitude of transportation options including Amtrak, Commuter Rail service to the surrounding area plus several tour options of Washington DC. Limited valet parking is available at the Capitol Hill Suites for $32.00 per day.

Capitol Hill Suites welcomes everyone, including pets to the Capitol. While not all suites are available for guests with pets, we offer many of our suites to travelers accompanied by 4-legged associates for a $75 fee. Please indicate that you require a pet-friendly guest suite when making your reservation.
